DEVI Heating Systems supply the ECOFLEX TAC range of efficient wall mounted convective Panel heaters, each with an in-built electronic thermostat and (optional use) pilot wire.   Sizes vary from 500 watt to 2.5kW.  ECOFLEX TAC panel heaters are best suited to well insulated rooms or for occasional use.  Typical usage is the heating of apartments, medical centres, offices etc.  They have a 3 - 4⁰C set-back option to enhance power efficiency during period of absence when you do not wish the heating to be turned off.  All are rated IP24, CLASS II, 230VAC.
