SOLITEX UM connect is a 4-layered roofing underlay with a
built in 3D separation layer and integrated self-adhesive strips for sheet joins.
It is suitable for ventilated or un-ventilated structures in combination
with any type of roofing or facade materials such as titanium, zinc,
stainless and galvanised steel and copper.
Key Features:
- High performance monolithic nonporous membrane
- High water resistance: water column more than 10,000 mm based on EN 20811
- Very low MVTR with active vapour transportation
- High durability under all conditions, unaffected by wood preservatives
- Thermostability above 100°C
- Can be left exposed to the New Zealand UV for 30 days
- The 3D separation layer provides increased acoustic insulation
and ventilation between the roofing structure and metal cladding, and minimizes the 'Oil canning' affect that is common with tray metal roofing
- Integrated self-adhesive strips for improved water-tightness at laps
