Hydrotech Hydrocap 160FR is a specially formulated, heavy duty, rubberized asphalt protection/cap sheet that is reinforced with a tough, dimensionally stable non-woven polyester mat that is saturated and coated on both sides with elastomeric styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) polymer modified bitumen, with a fire rated, non-combustible, ceramic granular surface. Meets or exceeds requirements of ASTM D6163, Type I, Grade G.
Hydrocap 160FR is specifically designed to be embedded into Hydrotech’s Monolithic Membrane 6125® roofing and waterproofing membrane assemblies to act as both protection for the membrane and the finished surface of the roof.
