SabreSeal NC45 Facade Silicone Sealant is a non-slumping, 100% neutral cure silicone sealant designed for facade cladding, commercial weather sealing. It is a single-component elastomeric sealant that is permanently elastic upon curing and has a joint movement capability of ±50%. SabreSeal NC45 has been developed specifically for weatherproofing aluminium composite panels and building facades in external applications that experience high climatic exposure.
