Product Description
Anchorjak's enable the construction of floating Tile or timber/Aluminium framed platforms over membrane decks or exterior surfaces where a level platform is required.
The Tile system utilizes the patented CornerKeepa to lock in tile alignment. The system must use 20mm Structural Tiles and is tested to withstand a point load of over 1000KG. While the Timber system should have joists spaced at 400mm.
The Corner keepa is made of rubber and is Glued with a F2 adhesive manually . it acts as a compressor to absorb the shock of movement and therefore removes the clunky noise commonly found with other systems. The pin on the corner keeper locks into either the Anchorjak itself or the tile block which sits in the aluminium channel.
being Rubber the Corner Keep can contract and expand when exposed to the elements enabling everything to stay aligned over time.
Scope of use
The Anchorjak range works through several unique systems. it can be placed on Waterproof Membranes or compacted surfaces and When utilizing our GV Floating Deck enables a Balustrade attached to the Deck on a timber frame.
Anchorjak™ systems are also suitable for creating level surfaces a top compact metal surfaces or membrane surfaces with slope.
