Product Description
The warmth and beauty of timber for interior applications has proven health benefits. Vulcan Panelling provides a stunning contrast to stone or masonry elements.
Vulcan Panelling is created from thermally modified New Zealand plantation timber and engineered with vertical grain for superior beauty, durability and weathering characteristics.
Scope of use
For use internally on walls and ceiling. Externally on soffits.
Can be fixed direct to framing or over a substrate.

The product will, if employed in accordance with the supplier's installation and maintenance requirements, assist with meeting the following provisions of the building code:

Thermally modified – INTENZ Thermowood 230 degrees schedule.
No chemical preservatives
used. Field tested at SCION, Rotorua.
Suitable for uses described in NZS3602:2003 Table 2A
‘Requirements for wood-based building to achieve a 15 year durability performance Members
exposed to exterior weather conditions and dampness’.
Durability Class 1 (EN350-1), Class 2 above
ground (AS5604).

Design requirements
For use on interior walls, ceilings and cabinetry, and exterior soffits.
Can be installed directly to frame/battens or to a substrate.
Installation requirements
Refer to Abodo Panelling Technical Data Sheet for installation information.
Maintenance requirements
Wash down as needed with gentle detergent, warm water and soft cloth.
Re-coat as required to maintain the integrity of the surface coating.
