Scope of Use
Sinfonia Balance offers a cost effective balanced acoustic suspended ceiling solution for general offices with a high quality, plain white fleece surface. Also conference rooms and auditoria as well as more functional areas like shops, corridors and foyers. Designed to fit into standard exposed grid.
· For interior use only, and not in direct contact with water.
· Maximum humidity/temperature 99% R/H at 30°C.
· Back loading max. 0.5kg/m², point loads to be independently supported.
· Indent only, lead times and MoQ apply.
New Zealand Building Code (NZBC)
The product will, if employed in accordance with the supplier's installation and maintenance requirements, assist with meeting the following provisions of the building code:
- Clause B2 Durability: Performance B2.3.1(c)
Clause
B2.3.1 (c) (i): 5
years if building elements are easy to access and replace.
OWA ceiling tiles with only normal maintenance will have a
minimum durability of at least 5 years when installed in accordance with;
manufacturer’s installation requirements and AS/NZS 2785:2020.

OWA ceiling tiles have a
Fire Material Group Number 1-S by NZBC verification method C/VM2 Appendix A,
