The Technokolla Tiling & Waterproofing Systems are a coordinated range for NZ interiors and exteriors.
The system includes BRANZ appraised liquid membranes Techno Rasogum+ and Rasolastik ADV, Rasolastik EVO, and Strataflex bonded sheet membrane, primers for porous and non-porous substrates, high-performance deformable tile adhesives for large-format porcelain, levelling compounds and screeds, cement and epoxy grouts, and silicone sealant.
Used in line with Surtec (Agent & Distributor) instructions, TANZ Best Practice and the IWAM Code, the system supports NZBC E3 internal moisture for bathrooms, showers and laundries, and supports E2/AS1 exterior detailing on decks and balconies when correct falls, drainage and movement joints are provided by the designer.
Suitable over prepared, stable substrates such as concrete and fibre cement. Include water-stops at thresholds, perform flood testing for wet areas, and honour movement joints as specified.
