Porter’s Universal Primer is a premium water-based primer designed to create a smooth, adhesion-enhancing base across a wide range of surfaces. Engineered as a bridging and all-purpose primer, it effectively prepares difficult substrates—including previously painted oil-based surfaces—for modern coating systems.
