Product Description
Organically grown & preserved Scandinavian Moss Wall Panels consist of Reindeer moss (Cladonia Stellaris) adhered to an aluminium base plate. A mesh layer used in conjunction with formaldehyde-free low flame spread adhesive, provides a secure adhesion between the base plate & moss.
Benefit: Moss is hygroscopic and in its preserved state still filters airborne water, toxins & dust. It provides a natural wall or ceiling covering which is virtually maintenance free & requires no sunlight or trimming.
Product specifications: Standard panel size 300 x 300mm x 40mm. Depth varies due to natural moss product. Weight is 700g approx. per panel.
Sound Absorption: The moss has an av. NRC 0.35 tested at Auckland University Acoustics Centre (2018). Documentation available.
Fire Resistance: Certified by BRANZ 2019 to Group 1S. Documentation available.
