The ENCLAD^TM EN05-FF engineered rainscreen support system is designed to span floor to floor (FF) in applications where there are no structural load bearing walls to fix mid-span brackets to.

The brackets are generally fixed to steel/concrete at slab locations and the vertical rail is engineered to take the cladding loads with no mid-span support.

EN05-FF consists of an engineered grip slide bracket which allows the vertical cladding support rail to be adjusted in and out so the system can easily accommodate building tolerances without the need for packers. The cladding panels can be prefabricated offsite and hooked on to a pin within the vertical rail for speed of installation onsite or a box section can be used for direct fix cladding panels.

The support system can be used in conjunction with different rainscreen cladding types inclusive of:

• Metal cladding (Solid Aluminium, Perforated Aluminium, Expanded Mesh, Stainless Steel, Zinc)
• High Pressure Laminates (HPL)
• Porcelain
• GRC
• *Terracotta

 *Bespoke vertical rails can be made to suit cladding type required.

System Features:

The EN05-FF engineered rainscreen support system is extruded from 3mm solid aluminium as a minimum to meet (B1) Structure compliance.

The extrusions are Duralloy powdercoated for enhanced (B2) Durability compliance.
